An AI-powered payment follow-up platform that helps businesses manage customers, bills, payments, and automated follow-ups through WhatsApp, SMS, and AI-powered voice calls.
The Challenge
Businesses were spending significant time manually following up on overdue payments. Missed WhatsApp messages, unanswered calls, forgotten payment commitments, and growing customer lists made consistent follow-ups difficult and impacted cash flow.
The Solution
We designed and developed Hissab AI Mobile App from scratch based on the client’s requirements, creating a complete payment follow-up ecosystem with customer and bill management, automated WhatsApp and SMS reminders, AI reminder calls, conversational AI calls, payment tracking, and an intuitive dashboard.
