The Project
A complete driver-partner app that helps captains manage rides, accept trip requests, navigate to destinations, track earnings, manage wallets, and handle their profiles and vehicles.
The Challenge
The client needed to launch the Milbaz Captain app successfully on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. A key requirement was ensuring drivers never miss new ride requests, even when the app is running in the background or the phone is locked.
The Solution
We handled the complete store deployment process and implemented a native incoming-call-style ride notification, similar to WhatsApp calls. Whenever a new ride request arrives, the driver receives a prominent full-screen notification directly on the device, allowing them to respond quickly without opening the app.
